We’re probably going to do a news analysis next week on twitter and its use (or lack of use) from organizations whose charter is to communicate during disasters. I’ve been  doing some research to help my reporter out, and stumbled upon Downing Street’s Twitter feed (which only has about 2,500 followers) - compared to the Nation of Scoble (who has over 24,000 followers. Well, anyway, most of the stuff is push out releases, but sometimes, they respond to citizens. That is sort of progress. Well, anyway, it would be cool if McCain created an account, and Obama and he (yes, actually their campaigns) only followed each other, trading barbs along rhe way.
